a mixed emotion day

Sunday... went to Eastern Hills church service today. Our (not so old) church. Hard to believe we've been gone 7 months, ehss was my life for 14 years. i almost never missed a sunday service or any activity that went on there. Those last four or five years were the best. God used diana and i in such a perfect way. we loved being a youth leader there. we still love youth! hard to go back and see all those kids. the mixed emothions comes from being on cloud nine with them again for a couple hours then leaving them, knowing your not going to see them again for maybe ever. you know about all the hurts and needs in there lives and yet to not be a part of there lives is hard. to not be there for them, to walk with them to reach out a helping hand, to just love them is so VERY VERY hard. the other mixed emotion was seeing how the youth group appears to be dwindling. :-( anyways i sure wish God would show us what we are suppose to be doing. we dont know where to go to church or where to serve Him. We dont know if He wants us in youth ministry or not :- confusing time...
